In 2003 I was deployed to Saudi Arabia with the Air Force. Of course in 2004 we went to war against Iraq. Shortly after the war started, I broke my back in four places. I chose to stay with my unit until the war was over. After coming home, I had back surgery, and was released from the military due to my injuries. The only shoe I could fine that was comfortable enough to wear was Crocs. I can slip them on without bending over, and the comfort material is great. However, shortly after buying the Crocs one of the rivets on the right shoe broke. I called Customer Service, and explained the situation and he promised me that I would get some new rivets to repair my shoe. Sure enough a few days later, I revived the rivets and I repaired my shoe. What a great product, and what great support! In this day of promises, it's good to have a company that comes through!
